EKU Risk Management & Insurance hosted Career Day in the Business and Technology Center Tuesday, February 7, 2012.

Students met with representatives from nearly 20 firms to talk about job and internship possibilities.

Six students from EKU's Risk Management & Insurance program participated in Gamma Iota Sigma's National Conference in Columbus, Oh.  The annual conference, which was held October 13-15, 2011, is one of the largest of its kind dedicated to risk management, insurance and actuarial science.

Two EKU Risk Management & Insurance students attended the annual Gamma Iota Sigma President's Conference in Hartford, Conn., on August 19-21, 2011. Each year the Presidents' Conference serves as a kick-off to a new academic year.

The Kentuckiana Bluegrass Chapter of Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc. (RIMS) and the Bluegrass Chapter of the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters Society (CPCU) sponsor the annual RIMS/CPCU Risk Management & Insurance Fund Golf Scramble.
